[dropcap size=small]L[/dropcap]a première étape de l’Energiewacht vient de donner ses premiers enseignements, c’est Kirsten Wild qui s’impose au bout d’une étape chaotique.

Au bout des 104 premiers kilomètres de l’Energiewacht tour, Kirsten Wild s’est imposée au sprint en prenant le meilleur sur sa compatriote Ellen Van Dijk. Elle prend donc les commandes et devra défendre son maillot de leader dès demain. Une course très difficile rythmée par des conditions difficiles. Derrière les deux cyclistes, on retrouve  à 3 secondes, Iris Slappendel qui complétera le podium. Cette dernière s’impose devant Loes Gunnewijk à une poignée de secondes d’un groupe composée d’environs 20 cyclistes.

130403-EnergiewachttourSi on peut dire que Kirsten Wild ajoute là une ligne à son palmarès déjà bien garni, il en faudrait beaucoup plus pour retranscrire le scénario de l’étape du jour.

« Chaotique » est le mot qui revient le plus pour qualifier cette étape et pourtant on est plus proche du paradis quand on regarde le sourire de Kirsten sur la ligne d’arrivée! Alors pourquoi ce mot ? Tout simplement pour qualifier les nombreux incidents qui se sont invités sur les routes de la course du jour: Cyclistes qui ne savent plus ou aller au vu de la signalisation, un pont qui reste grand ouvert ou encore un problème avec la circulation routière…

Beaucoup pointent l’organisation comme source de problème, elle a d’ailleurs rédigé un billet à ce sujet pour présenter ses excuses à l’ensemble des participantes, participantes révoltées par cette première journée.

Demain sera une autre journée pour les organisateurs qui vont tout faire pour être exemplaire. De son côté Kirsten va tout faire pour conserver sa première place. Sur la ligne d’arrivée, elle déclarait: « l’attaque est la meilleure défense », alors passera-t-elle à l’attaque à nouveau ? Il ne faudra pas faire d’erreur car elles sont nombreuses à pouvoir espérer prendre la première place dès demain.
